The shuttle service to the casino is super convenient. Check-in was a bit confusing, and we felt rushed. The golf course nearby is a nice touch for leisure. Breakfast was decent, but the seating area felt cramped during peak hours.

This hotel is perfectly situated near popular attractions like the Mohegan Sun casino just a short shuttle ride away as well as the Mashantucket Pequot Museum & Research Center which is only about 3 kilometers away making it easy to explore the rich history of the area while also enjoying beautiful outdoor spots like Stoddard Hill State Park Scenic Reserve just under 4 kilometers away where I took my dogs for a lovely walk and the staff were always friendly and attentive helping us with any needs like providing a microwave in our clean and spacious room but it would have been nice if the mattresses were rotated more often for extra comfort.

I stayed in a room right under the noisy air conditioning unit that sounded like a jet engine. After requesting a switch, I had to pack up and move, which was super inconvenient and frustrating for the price I paid.

Hyatt Place Uncasville offers a convenient location near Mohegan, complemented by an accommodating staff. Claude, the friendly shuttle driver, added a special touch to our experience. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for a cozy stay. The oversized bathroom countertop was a lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent—much better than expected—with options like scrambled eggs, French toast, and mini donuts. The friendly staff were always helpful, which added a nice personal touch. the poolside tech music was a bit much, and drinks were overpriced and underwhelming. A disappointing lack of shuttle service on Sundays didn't help. Our last night turned chaotic with rowdy guests, so checking for events next time is a must to avoid a repeat of that chaos.

The staff was attentive and met our needs well. Greg, in particular, stood out for his kindness. The shuttle service to the nearby casino was convenient on weekends. Breakfast was complimentary, with the eggs being a highlight. The bar offered decent food, surprising for a hotel kitchen. there were some drawbacks. The room was clean, but the décor felt dated. No microwave in the king suite was inconvenient, and the TV setup could use improvement. I encountered some cleanliness issues, like dusty headboards and dirty carpet. The bar lacked a full selection. Management needs to focus on training staff to be more consistent in friendliness.

The room was really clean and comfortable, with a quiet atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The bed, however, had a noticeable dip, suggesting it could use some rotation. Temperature control was an issue; the HVAC system was loud and directed air right at the bed, making it uncomfortable at times. The towels and toiletries were fully stocked, which I appreciated. The breakfast selections were excellent, though the addition of granola and bacon would have improved it further. A lovely touch was the well-brewed coffee, which exceeded my expectations for a carafe setup.

We stayed at the Hyatt for a weekend getaway, and it was quite a mixed experience. The room itself was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The room darkening shades were a nice touch, allowing us to sleep in without being disrupted by bright light. The swivel feature on the TV was a cool addition, perfect for late-night snacking on the couch while watching TV before bed. there were a few downsides that affected our stay. The breakfast was just okay, reminding me of reheated elementary school food – rubbery eggs, thin French toast, and runny fruit that didn't pair well with the yogurt. the lack of a hot tub was a bit disappointing, as it's always nice to unwind in one after a long day of exploring. One major issue we encountered was with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower curtain was covered in mold and mildew, which was quite off-putting. I reported it to the front desk staff and requested compensation, but unfortunately, the manager never followed up as promised. In terms of amenities, the hotel had its strengths and weaknesses. It was frustrating to discover an unexpected additional charge for a late checkout when we actually left early. The hotel's location was a bit tricky to find, as the entrance sign was not very noticeable.

We hit the indoor pool, worked out at the gym, and partied all night at the local casino thanks to the free shuttle. Norwich Golf Course and the vineyards were dope too.
More fun activities for teens, like a game room, would've been epic.

we went primarily to visit the mohegan sun casino and this hotel was very close and less than half the price of staying at the casino, plus there's a free casino shuttle, and a great breakfast if included with your room for a minimal fee. we are non-smokers and there was not a hint of smoke anywhere in the hotel. we had an extra separated sitting area with a large couch and ottoman that would open to an additional bed if needed, w/ extra bedding. the king size bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean, crisp and refreshing. the entire room was super clean, including the bathroom, and also very quiet. the lobby is inviting with a fireplace and there is plenty of free parking. the check-in experience was easy and quick. the hotel is also animal friendly.

The hotel also offers a fitness room and 24/7 shuttle service to the local casino. Don't miss visiting Norwich Golf Course and the vineyards for more fun activities.
My wife says that a playground area would enhance the family experience.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful during our romantic escape. The spacious room size and comfortable beds made our stay very relaxing. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and the amenities provided added value to our experience.
Some minor inconveniences included the lack of a sink and water in the bar area, as well as issues with the breakfast items not being hot enough. the noise from the air conditioning unit above our room was disruptive, leading to a room change inconvenience.

The Gallery is cozy and has a coffee and wine cafe. The Bakery Café offers yummy sandwiches. The hotel is a quick shuttle ride to the casino. The 24-hour Grab & Go serves Starbucks. The red chairs at breakfast make me feel important.
I had the pleasure of seeing a man take a nap in the hallway.

Despite a small room, we enjoyed a quiet night and a smooth check-in, as well as a convenient location. The shuttle service and breakfast were adequate, but more power outlets near the bed would have been helpful. I'll recommend this hotel.
